Lost but “Delivered” Orders:
If Royal Mail marks your package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • File a Missing Mail Request with Royal Mail.

  • If Royal Mail confirms the package is lost or misdelivered, we will reship at no cost.

  • If Royal Mail confirms delivery, we are not responsible for replacement, as delivery obligations are fulfilled.

What Is Not Eligible 

  • Returns requested after the 24-hour damaged-delivery window

  • Products that have been used, opened, tampered with, or stored improperly

  • Orders confirmed delivered by Royal Mail

  • Change-of-mind requests or misunderstandings about product purpose (research use only)

Restocking Fee & Refunds

If a return is authorized:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item

Chargeback Policy 

We take chargebacks seriously:

  • Unauthorized or uncommunicated chargebacks may result in permanent banning from future purchases

  • Contact us first — we are here to resolve any concerns professionally

  • In the event of a chargeback, we will provide full order and delivery documentation to the payment processor

  • If a chargeback is successfully reversed, we may charge the customer for related fees and legal costs
